Driver high eye refers to the elevated visual perspective available to drivers of SUVs and similar vehicles, allowing earlier observation over traffic, route changes, potential blockages, and environmental anomalies.
Driver high eye matters because visibility is a tactical advantage in motorcade operations and secure transportation. An elevated driver may detect congestion, roadworks, suspicious positioning, or changes in the route earlier than a driver in a low sedan.
