Executive Sedans
Definition
Executive sedans are high-end passenger cars often used in VIP and corporate transportation because of their comfort, discretion, road behavior, and suitability for urban and intercity movement.
Executive sedans matter because they remain common in secure transportation. They can offer lower center of gravity, refined handling, high comfort, and a professional appearance. In many European cities, they may also blend more naturally than large SUVs or conspicuous vehicles.
At the same time, sedans have limitations: ground clearance, interior space, luggage capacity, visibility, armor weight tolerance, and performance under load may differ from SUVs or vans. The security driver must understand how the platform supports or limits the mission.
